AF getting more painful and Maca

Since I came off BCP everytime comes it seems to be getting more and more painful and in the last 2 months since I started taking Maca it has been unbearable so much so I woke up at 3am last night in pain unable to sleep through it has anyone found this?

Also my cycles seem to be getting shorter, a few months being 37 days, then 35 which is what it was pre bcp and now for the past 2 months whilst taking maca 31??

I am not sure if maca is causing this but you could stop taking it for a month to see if it makes a difference. I have been taking maca on and off but haven't really noticed any change.
Sorry don't really know the answer, maybe some one else might help.
