AF help please....

Hi ladies! Advice please!!
Last month I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and emergency surgery, I'm now desperate for AF to arrive so we can try again!!
Last Monday I had a positive CB OPK, then it all went negative, then yesterday afternoon I was all alone so thought I'd POAS... For the hell of it! Lol
It was positive again??
This morning... Back to negative?

What's going on? Did I not ovulate last week after all? I'm so desperate to get AF so I know where I am!

I've been in a really bad mood, tired, etc etc. I know I'm not pg unless it's the immaculate conception!! Lol

Help?!?!

Hang in there dear, it's normal for it to take a little bit for your cycle to settle down. So sorry for your loss.
