Af type cramping, very light...related to OV?

So I am due to ovulate this week. No positive OPK yet but hopefully in the next couple days. I am having some AF type cramps in my lower left side and also low back just a little bit. I was so worried last month I don't remember feeling this but yet I had a pretty strong cramp the day of the positive OPK. Hoping that this is a: a good sign and b: my month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
