I went to the DR after 2 m/c and they investigated me, although, I had been TTC for a long time as well, but it certainly wouldn't hurt to go to the DR to see if there is any test they can do. Is there anything that makes you suspect it might happen again, such as, do you know if you ovulate late in your cycle (short luteal phase). If you do a few things on your own, that might help your case. Also, how long have you been TTC in total (m/c included)? This might also be a reason to get checked out. I have two kids, so some of the tests that they do, they didn't apply to me. I had been diagnosed with low progesterone right before I had my daughter, in fact, so low, they didn't think I even ovulated, and I was prescribed Clomid. I was waiting for AF to arrive, and she didn't...turns out I somehow managed to get PG with my daughter. This time around tho, not so lucky, and I have been TTC for 2 years DEC. 1, and I have gone almost 4 years without birth control. In that 2 years time actively TTC, I have lost three pregnancies. But, I also used OPK's and saw that I was ovulating late, and since I had been diagnosed before, that certainly helped my case, although they did a couple other investigations too. So, I would go to the DR and just tell them as much as you can that you know about yourself. And, then at the very least, they are aware of the problem. I have heard that taking a 3-5mg of Folic Acid can help (but only if that is the reason for the m/c). I also take Omega 3's, Vit B6, and I go on a diabetic diet (only in 2WW), and I avoid ALL caffiene-also prescribed meds of Clomid and Progesterone. These are just some things that I try to do personally, as a suggestion. I have heard that baby asprin can help, but only for women whose immune system attacks the baby (which is diagnosed by a simple blood test). This is all what my specialist told me...but, I would def see your DR. Good luck, and keep us posted. xo
