AFTER labour - Clicky back/hips?

I had my baby 6 days ago, and am only really feeling the aftermath now -
after-pains have only just started though i am almost back to pre-pregnancy size, and my back aches, and ive noticed a click coming from my back/hips when i walk?
Should I see a doctor with this clicking????

My back is doing this too! I had severe spd and I'm still suffering with that now, but I've noticed my back being clicky too

Also had SPD and even 3 years on I get the odd creak/click from my hips but thankfully no pain. Might be worth mentioning to your GP/MW next time you see them x x
