After Pregnancy Belly?

Hi, so I've jumped over here from the 3rd tri, as I saw someone post a thread on your bellys, and someone suggested to post it on here (and seen as I can't find a post from this girl thought i'd ask )

Anyway... Have any of you got a picture from when you were pregnant (last pic you took) and a picture of your belly afterwards.. Whether it be a week or 2 or maybe a month afterwards

Oh gawd no, I'd never post a pic of my belly!
But basically I didn't come off too badly, a few stretch marks on my bump, and back to normal about 7-8 months later, just a bit more wobbly

Oh god the horror! Flap of skin! which runs hip to hip, I can grab hold of it on the front of my hips and flap it around, I'll be brave when I get my camera back O_O

I dont think it looks too bad personally. I measure 33inches around my waist. I used to be 31 before pregnancy and 27inches 2 years ago before I went on the depo shot Scuse the mess in the background

ill post mine 2 weeks post-pregnancy but its not a nice sight
im so down about it and ive slept naked with my OH for the whole time weve been together and now i go in to other rooms to change and sleep with a big tshirt on
will get mine in a bit

Your so lucky!! No strech marks either (Well i haven't got any yet but still 4 weeks to go :/ lol)

It's not bad at all! Your still really slim, just hope my bele goes back down like yours! I'm on about going on the depo after i've had LO, so did you put alot of weight on with that?

This is my first so i can't honestly say i know how you feel.. But look at it like this.. You've got a beautiful baby out of it, so surely it's all worth it?.. And as for the OH I'm sure he loves you no matter what your belly looks like!

I was really lucky, especially to get no stretch marks either. I was so worried that my tummy would be terrible after I had LO but it seemed to shrink instantly. Also my weight loss is now being helped along by chasing a little crwling monkety around the house now!! lol Good luck with the birth and enjoy your LO as the time goes by very quickly x

I was 19 and very tiny when I had Mason, I gained about 80lbs and had a 10lbs baby, my belly is HORRIBLE! The only hope is a tummy tuck, the smaller I get/more weight I loose the more "wrinkly" my belly gets, Im almost in my pre pregnancy clothes but my belly is just a big area of loose skin and stretch marks, you couldnt pay me to take a picture of it, I would cry if I saw it lol, i avoid looking.
I know a lot of women who just go right back to normal though, I was just one of the un lucky ones

ta i agree and true, it doesnt bother him, but it makes me feel so repulsive
i didnt have any stretch marks till 36 weeks and thought id been lucky but he just kept stretching me lol i had a huge bump though..

Im 3 weeks on after a c section, does the flap of skin really ever go? Im trying not to lose weight too quick as I guess this would make it worse.

*deep breath* Okay, I'll be brave and post a couple of shots of mine!
I gained 23 kg overall during pregnancy (roughly 50.7 lbs) and I ended up having a c-section at 39+1 and had dissolving stitches. I have a pooch that is noticeable whenever I'm sitting, but when standing, there isn't that much, thankfully.

I didn't get stretchmarks until AFTER my LO was out, though! Guess it's from losing weight so quickly... these shots were taken 10 minutes ago.

k you know what, I'm gona be brave and show my stretchmarks..I didn't really get any until the last few weeks of pregnancy, and most of them showed up a few days before birth...all through the pregnancy I wanted them and never had any, now I wish I hadn't wanted them quite so much lol.....here goes..!!
