agnus castus?

i have read a bit about agnus castus and am going to try as apparently it can help to lower your prolactin (I have high prolactin)

my question is should i get the drops or the tablets? i been to a number of health stores but no-one has heard of it (i'm living in canada at the mo) so will purchase it online. which one should i get? can anyone recommend a brand name?

(also do any of you canadian girls know any stores that carry it?)

I've just laughted out loud at myself. When I read the title of this thread, I thought you were asking for an opinion on a baby name combo!!!!!!!

Don't mind me, I'm working nights this week and it fries my brains. I'm sorry I can't help advise on the product, I have no experience of it, but I thought I'd share my laughter.
