Found this online in case useful for anyone.
Work out your units for yourself with this handy sum: Strength (ABV) x Volume (ml) ÷ 1000 = No. of units. So a bottle of 0.05 wine would be
0.05abv x 750ml divided by 1000 = 0.03 of a unit!
