All day nausea please help me :,(

Help me please I know their are lots of these post but looking for them is making me worse typing this is hard enough I have constant nausea it just won't go away I'm not actually being sick just feel I am going to be sick constantly please ladies any advice I'm getting so upset by it and down :,( xxx

Ahh i am so sorry. I had the same thing with myfirst. my advice would be to take the ms meds. And next if you find something you can eat then eat as much as you can of that food. For me carbs were it so pasta, pizza and cereal... Good luck and I hope you get some relief soon!!!!

In the same boat. Just left this on someone else's post too, try preggie pops. I came across them at babies r us. They subside the sickness for me. Nothing else has seemed to help me. Worth a shot. Good luck!
