Yes, the fire brigade is not being called on to put out fires as there is a risk that they will be killed by rioters. As long as it's empty stores and there is no risk to life they will stay away, same with the police at the minute. Hence why they should mobilise the Army.

Bet these little scumbags would soon scarper if they saw a few tanks heading towards them.
