My trousers are too tight round the waist! Ridiculously too tight! And these are my emergency fat trousers! I've heard you can get some band thing that you can put on your waistband that stretches as you get a bit bigger, but aren't ready for full on maternity clothes. Does anyone know what they're called? Help! :)

If you go to the thread about showing bumps, close to the last page there is a link to where you can purchase them! Good luck! I am almost 6 weeks and my fat pants are too tight too! I didn't think I was eating that much!

belly belts i got the combo pack cos they have the button fasteners and the slide ones (for work pants).
they are a god send!!!! im keeping hold of them after pregnancy for my future christmas dinners lmao

You can buy elastic button things which do up yuor trousers or you could just leave your trousers undone or secure them with an elastic band and use a bump band to cover it. They look really good, just like you have a layered top on and you can use them when you're in maternity trousers with your pre pregnancy shirts so you don't have flesh on show.

This is them in littlewoods, which I've found the cheapest:
https://www.littlewoods.com/rf/navi...&productPos=7&catno=EZ0391A&groupId=446842330

but I've see them in H&M, Topshop and on ebay.

I think thebabycatalogue.com sold the elastic things to do up your trousers and so do ebay.

really?cause I'm 8 weeks and I feel like I'm losing weight...

Thanks everyone. I'll have a look on the trusty internet later and see what I can find - now I know what I'm searching for! I must admit I'm very surprised I'm getting bigger already. I've been keeping an eye on my weight and I've only put on 3/4 of a pound! I guess we're all different. A lady I work with who knows I'm preggers said to me today that I'm going to have trouble keeping it quiet for much longer! She said it's looking pretty obvious already, yet there's another lady on a different floor who's 30 weeks, and she's only told her manager and kept it quiet to everyone else!!!! Amazing!

it's obvious the i am pg everyone can tell, but my sister could have gone ages without telling anyone, it's amazing how every bump is different

xx

Im currently sat at work with my top button and zip undone on trousers !! Ok as long as i remember to do them up before i stand up !!! LOL......

these things look great!! xx

If in the UK you can buy Maternity Bump bands online from Topshop for only £5 each. I've got one in black and one in white!

https://www.topshop.com/webapp/wcs/...2398&parent_category_rn=42391&langId=-1&top=Y

I've been searching for those belly bands too, but as a free/cheap alternative in the mean time i have been using strappy summer tops over my trousers which now won't even zip up!
If you tuck up the straps and pull them over your hips it works a treat! :)

You can go to Motherhood.com and search for belly bands. I never used them, but wish I would have. I just bought jeans in a bigger size (still not in maternity pants yet).

I'm officially in proper over the bump maternity jeans already... I just feel fat as I know that babe is still down in the pelvis at the mo, so I know it's not a pregnant bump, it can't be !!!!
