Am i doing more bad than good??

I have been taking well woman orginal for the last 30 days, it has 100mg of evening primrose oil & 100mg of starflower oil in it. I am also taking a vit b6 (100mg) daily. My question is though, i have read that you should only take evening primrose oil up until ovulation and NOT after which i have been doing! Could this be the reason af is now 4 days late? And i don't know anything about the starflower oil lol!

I definitely feel a difference in energy levels, more balanced hormones etc. but i dont know if its actually helped my progesterone levels as my gp has stopped my blood tests as she has enough evidence of low progesterone from repeat tests. OH says i am no longer a dragon lady lol! (i have been diagnosed with low progesterone iyswim) so i don't want to stop taking the well woman after half a cycle incase my REALLY bad pms creeps back.. should i find a different multi vit without the evening primrose and starflower for second half of cycle?

Thinking of adding some agnus castus into the mix, how and when do i take this?

If your already ovulating on your own I would not take agnus castus , its been known to mess up regular cycles but is helpful for women with irregular cycles. evening primrose oil raises estrogen which is great for fertile mucus but if estrogen rises too high it can delay or stop ovulation all together. vitamin B is great for lengthening your LP which is good the longer your LP the better because this gives a possibly fertilized egg more time to implant before AF comes.

GP didnt know if i was ovulating as have really low (what we think) is 21 day progesterone bloods but who knows?

I am now taking 1x well woman (it has epo in it), 1x vit b & 2x agnus castus daily from today... but af is now 5 days late! x
