Am i having them?

Hi,

Can someone help me? I think i might be having BH But am I too early to be having them? IM 27 weeks

I keep getting pains in my lower abdomen they are coming and going and my belly went hard through one of them?Or are these just normal and IM overreacting?

i've had bh since 19 weeks or so, so no it's not too early some people have them really early on. however mine are not painful, tummy just goes really hard so keep an eye on the pain

i have been having mine since bout 19 weeks aswell. some people get them earlier than others and some people dont seem to get them at all. so dont worry too much

i've had braxton hicks since 16 weeks or so - however they shouldn't be regular or too painful. in fact, mine have never been painful, only slightly uncomfortable. time them and if they continue at regular intervals i would give your midwife a call to ask her advice. also try changing position to see if they stop - if you're sitting down get up or vice versa. x
