Hi ladies,
I had a midwife appointment yesterday and she said baby is head down. I said I thought that was weird as all the movement I fel was down low, so I had thought she was breach. She said there was a hard bit at the top and a hard bit at the bottom, which she thought was a head but she couldn't be 100% sure, but it didn't matter too much quite yet and she's send me for a scan at 36 weeks if we still weren't sure. She said she was surprised I didn't feel any movement any higher up.
I've now got all sorts of worried going round my head:
What if the baby is head down but there's something wrong with her legs and she can't move them, and maybe all the movement I feel is just her hands?
What is the baby is bottom down and they think she's head down and I have to deliver her breach?
Are these fears justified? Should I insist on a scan to make sure she's ok? Am I just being a paranoid pregnant lady?
I'd really appreciate any advice please.
Charlotte
