Am i ovulating ?open high soft cervix ?

I am 21 year old Marine Wife, my husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year, we had one chemical pregnancy. I have been doing some BD these past 3 weeks and today I discovered my cervix is very very high and open. [ I am a newbie at BD ]This is the first time I have felt this, because yesterday it was low and hard. Since today it is high and open and I ovulating today or is it already happening? We have been having sex since the 28th of March and I am now on CD14 maybe 15 not sure when my period started either the 21st or 22nd , I am going to guess the 22nd. Am I ovulating today? Any help would be wonderful

If it's high soft and open then you're probably ovulating or close to ovulating
