am i ovulating?

hello friends

this month my chart looks there is no ovulation . this month i did not get egg white mucus too. so does it mean that i m not ovulating this month. my cycle is generlly 31 to 33 days long.

It doesn't look like you've ovulated yet this cycle.

That can happen - cycles are anovulatory (no ovulation) every so often. Sometimes because of stress, travel, weight loss etc, or sometimes just because. It's nothing really to worry about unless it keeps happening.

Keep an eye out for the egg white mucus: that generally will precede any ovulation.

You might still get a period though: anovulatory cycles tend to end with a bleed (your lining may have built up even if you didn't ovulate).
