I got a BFP on Monday after a MMC in Feb. I started bleeding yesterday, light at first, but it has been heavy since yesterday afternoon. I also have aches and slight pain. I've been the doctors who has taken a blood test to check my HCG levels. In my heart i know i have lost the baby (has similar feeling to last time) but im still holding on to the fact that it hasnt been confimed yet. I have to wait until wednesday to get the results of test and im due to go away for few days on Sunday (flying). I dont know whether to cancel and rest just incase everything is ok or go away and distract myself? I really dont want to get my hopes up but i just cant help it. Has anyone had similar experience??

It would be easy for me to say don't get your hopes up.... but I want to tell you my story. I had a MMC in Nov 09, then went on to get a BFP in Jan 10, 2 days later my bleeding started (spotting) then I had what resembled a heavy period, they told me I'd had a chemical pregnancy. I was even scanned and they said there was no evidence of pregnancy. 2 weeks later I was convinced I was still pregnant, so the Dr unwillingly tested my HCG again and rang me a few days later to say it had risen and I needed to be scanned. I was expecting another MMC... and there was my 7 week old baby - his heart beating away!!
What I'm trying to say is, even when the odds are stacked against you don't give up hope, be realistic yes, but it doesn't hurt to hold onto that little bit of hope.. good luck x

What an incredible story pink! I going to say also that if having hope is helping you cope then don't fight it #1onway. As far as going away is concerned, if you think it will help distract you and the bleeding isn't too heavy you should go for it. Did you ask your doctor what he/she would recommend? Keeping fingers crossed for you. xxx

Thank you for comments. I found out that i have had another mc :-( least i know now x
