Am I the only one

So I'm 11+1 today and since 9weeks I've had on and off increases saliva esp at night. When I hit 10wks it was more constant and now at 11wks I still have it. It drives me insane. I am starving at night but can't eat or drink bc of it. In this pregnancy I threw up 14x in a row at 6+4 and was admitted, put on zofran and it hasn't happened again and I know that increased saliva is associated with vomiting but I don't have that. I'm confused as to why I have this. Is it a first trimester thing? I'm trying to remember in my previous pregnancy because I had this but I also vomited and I don't remember when it stopped. Anyone else going through this? I still have nausea, food aversions, smells still bother me, etc so maybe bc I still have morning sickness? Idk. Can someone help?

I make my self feel so sick my mouths constantly full evenings and nights

It makes me feels ten times worse

I think it’s oretty common. I’ve had to slee with a towel at mouth some nights and just let it dribble out haha so gross
