So I have noticed the past two months that my waking temp is about 1 degree higher than my temp that I take after walking around getting ready in morning making bed etc. Everyone tells me my waking temp should be lower than my Getting up and walking around temp. I had a crap sleep last night so took it at 5am not sure how long of sleep I had and it was 35.92 which is really low for me as a waking temp, then I went back to sleep till 7.30 and took it again and it was 36.65. I don't know what temp to use and it's an important day for temps as I usually o yesterday so if I goes up stays up good sign goes down again might me I am o ofay as I usually get a bit of a dip on o day.
