Kids got a cold and it has gone straight to my sons chest. The weather changing constantly isn't helping so now not just a simple cold but full blown wheezing, coughing, lots of sputum, needing inhalers every 2 hours and more than likely will need steroids again. He's not eating or drinking and didn't sleep well last night for coughing. Not even winter yet and it has started. No real point to this thread, just need to vent and virtually cry!

Oh no that sucks. Was your little boy the one who had back to back chest infections last winter? Did you ever find out why?

Yip he's the one! Turns out he's asthmatic (just like his daddy) so simple cold or bronchiolitis which is common with young kids just makes life really difficult for him. Was hoping this year now he's bigger we would avoid having so many problems but doesn't look likely. Poor boy just puffing away unable to even climb the stairs. Breaks my heart
