i'm not going to bother with one, as i've heard so many reports of them going off for no real reason, que the heart attack
 
We used ours in the moses basket and it was fine?

I would not be without it and will be using it again for this bubba, ours has only ever gone when Kyle "forgot" to breath and the alarm/us getting him shocked him witch made him gasp and then all was fine, and when we had taken him out of the cot/moses basket and not turned it off..

Also to the lady annoyed with the ticking sound you can turn that off so you cant hear the sound but still see the little arm going across the screen
