We are considering buying a new build and will be going this week to talk money with the lady at the housing development. We will be using Help To Buy but we are on a very tight budget so just wondering what we are able to bargain with her on?
I plan on asking for her to include all carpets upstairs (except bathrooms) and on the stairs, and flooring downstairs (probably tile or wood) and hopefully we can get fitted wardrobes in 2 of the rooms, and hoping she will include grass for front and back garden as it just comes with mud :s
Does anyone know what else we can ask her to include? Are they allowed to do anything with stamp duty/ lawyers fees or is that separate? It's all so new to me :s I can't think what else to ask for so any help apreciated
