Im just starting my journey to get healthy once and for all...I am attending my first seminar this thursday and then will get a consultation with the surgeon hopefully soon after for which surgery would be best for me....just wanted to hear others experiences along the way....whether you're weeks, months or years post op feel free to tell me the good the bad and show off your results
