Not sure if I have definitely ovulated I expected a bigger rise this morning? Yesterday’s temp
Was taken 55mins earlier then normal x

I think you need 3 or more elevated temps, but none are as high as your previous temps so I couldn’t say for sure if you have or not. Any reason why you had high temps previously? And I assume you didn’t use any OPK’s?

i got my thermometer & opks late in the post so that’s why I’ve not got many temps etc x

This mornings temp. Not sure if I’m going to
Carry on temping though my daughter keeps waking me up before my alarm is due to go off she’s not a very good sleeper!

Your temp spike ?? For a couple of days before I started temping I had some drink as I had my mum come to stay with me after I had my miscarriage! not sure if that has anything to do with it but I haven’t had a drink since CD15 x
