just hoping anyone who’s good at bbt charts could give opinions on mine plz. Are my temps too low? Was hoping to see it go up again this morning but nope. Tia

I think your chart looks good. Temps are only really good for pinpointing ovulation. Which your chart shows nicely. It’s also good for the last few days of your LP so you can see it dropping for AF arrival or if it stays up that can be a good sign.

I only temp around ovulation now. Because charting drives me insane. I start over analysing everything. I sometimes take my temp around AF as I know my base temp is around 35.5 (everyone’s is different), so when it falls to this number I know AF will arrive in a few hours. My high temps are 36.8-9. As long as you are above your base line you’re good. Good luck

Don't rely too much on dips to tell you if you're pregnant or not, IMO. Your chart looks great! You can clearly see ovulation, which is the most important part.
