jack decided he wanted a bike again almost 2 years after breaking his leg on his! as he has autism i cant let him outside alone so i bit the bullet and bought us BOTH new bikes

i feel like an utter twat on mine, but, i am loving cycling again and i plan to go out alone so i can get more serious miles in as its a bit (a lot) go stop go stop with jack

my legs are killing me but i think its just using those muscles, so looks like i have changed my excersize from walking to cycling

I love cycling! I do a lot of mine on a stationary bike now during my little one's nap time, but am looking at buying a trailer so that I can take her with me. I lost a lot of weight doing this a few years ago, but have slowly, but steadily packed on the pounds again!

I have been thinking about getting a bike for in the house as well as I often can't get out on my own especially now the kids are off on holiday for the summer

I did a lot of walking before but I really feel I am getting somewhere on the bike as walking within a 3 or so mile radius of home gets quite borning
