Any good acne remedies?

Ones that could be used during pregnancy or after

I suffered from spots slightly before but since being pregnant, they've doubled
I've been using an apricot scrub which has been good but it's not really having an affect on the spots.

Anyone have any success stories? xxxx

No advice I'm afraid but wanted you to know I'm in the same position. My skin looks really terrible, I used to take medication but can't take it during pregnancy. I'm hoping someone has some advice to offer!

sudocrem dries them out a bit. Or there is a gel from Clean and Clear which reduces spots in 4 hours! that works a bit - makes them less noticable!
