Any hope with meds?

Has anyone had any luck with anti sickness meds? I have had 2 types prescribed so far and it has either made it worse or hasn't touched the nausea. I feel like I am on my last hope, really not coping well!

I've only tried cyclizine and not really helping all that much I don't think. Going to ask for an alternative tomorrow I think. Xx

I got prescribed 25mg promethazine pills. works wonders.

I've never taken any meds for the sickness but was sick as a parrot with all my previous pregnancies. This one, I've had some mild nausea but haven't been sick once. I think it's because I'm taking vitamin B6 in form of p5p. I honestly think it's what's making this pregnancy so much more bearable.
