How do you find it after looking after little ones during the day? I need to go back to work and I think 1 or 2 nights a week would suit but not sure if I could manage it after being so busy in the day with 2 hyper little ones lol.

I do. I work from 7pm to 7am 3 nights a week. I'm not going to lie- its hard and I'm always tired, but you get used to it and it works for us right now. I try to nap when my son naps and that makes it more manageable to stay awake for so long. The benefits of very little outside help and the fact that I feel that I miss very little time with him makes it absolutely worth it. I have to work so this seems to be the best schedule for us right now. I still feel I'm home full time but I'm technically actually working full time. Its the best of both worlds.

Me  but I do get some sleep most shifts, I do respite care and sleep over two or three nights a week, I start at 4pm, work until 11pm, then I'm sort of on call (get up several times to meet various needs and sometimes up for long stretches) until 5/6am then work until 8am. Like PP I like it because I feel like a sahm but get paid for a 32 hour week! I do get exhausted but I just consider it like having a newborn and a toddler which plenty of mums do 7 nights a week!!

I'll be going back to doing a mix of days & nights when I go back to work and I'm dreading it tbh. I'll be full time doing 2 x 8hr days and then 2 x 8hr & 2 x 12hr nights with 3 days off then 2 x 12hr days and 3 x 3pm-11pm with 4 days off.

I really don't know how I'll cope
