any one with a connecta want to help me?

I know this is a bit cheeky, But im going to make one
I made the mei tai in my avatar, but i made it a little short in the body...

So to make a carrier like the connecta would cost about £10...
BUT, I need the dimensions... Like width/length at smallest point, length/width for the bit that goes below the legs...
Also the lenth of the straps...

It is really cheeky, but i just cant afford £62...

I'll measure mine when I get home from work(give me a poke if I don't remember!). If I had anything like time to sew (have sewing machine and skill, just no time) I would have made mine rather than ordering it from overseas.

Hmm I have it with me, but only a ruler to measure... I may get to it sooner.

here we go, measurements in cm, hope this makes some kind of sense
Widest part 45.5cm
body length (without hood) 43cm
hood is 27cm w x 24.5L
midway by buckles is 40cm
base at waist strap is 32cm. Waist straps (left mine adjusted in place with buckles on) were 55cm and 54cm in addition to waist fabric
Shoulder straps
padded part is 38cm
rest of the strap is 66cm (again didn't adjust my buckles)
Hope you can figure out the math and conversions.

Hun, what does that bit mean, is that like still fabric, just shorter than the actual body? and then the waist straps attatch to that?

Im going to order my fabric now

yeah, the bottom of the fabric is 32cm, but the whole waist part including the fabric is 32+54+55
