Any Social Wokers here? Need help with a questionaire on the career.

I am doing a project for family studies and I need to look into a career choice and I chose Social worker. I need do an interview type thing with someone in that career but do not know anybody near me or want to go into a hospital.

If you could help answer these questions it would help a lot.

1. What first attracted you to this job?
2. How long have you been in this position?
3. What are the major responsibilites of this position?
4. What do you like most and least about this job?
5. What level of eduction is need for entry level position?
6. Do you belong to a union or proffesional organization?
7. Do you see any major changes in this position over the next ten years?
