I found out what seems like ages ago even though it was only 4 days ago! I had some cramping and bouts of nausea the first couple of days but now nothing. (yet) Why am I freaking out already?? I know symptoms come and go and 4 weeks is WAY too early to have any major symptoms anyway. Please please please just let me quit worrying for ONE day!!!! Wish I could enjoy pregnancy like those who have never had a loss. I want to go back to being naive about all the things that can go wrong. lol

Amos I'm the same way.....
I have to constantly keep reminding myself I'm only 4 weeks and most women don't get any symptoms until 6-7 weeks. There's a few that don't get any at all..... Sounds crazy but I'm with you, I want to be sick, lol. I'm in my 30's and that in itself is a little scary. My youngest is 9. You had a very strong positive I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. Whens your EDD?

My EDD is October 12th....When is yours Wanta? Have you had any cramping or anything since your BFP? I guess that's what bothers me is that I had some a few days ago, but now that I think about it, it could have been implantation cramping maybe??? Haha...I am reaching for straws! Just wish I could sleep until 2nd trimester or my first scan.

Speaking of scans- I almost want to go to the first one by myself just in case something is wrong. I just can't bear to see my DH's face if it's not ok. I guess that is crazy of me....

Oh Amos i am soooooooooooo happy for u huny whoop whoop!! I've looking out for u and hoping u would get ur BFP x x x H&H 9 months babe and ur totally normal to worry, when u have suffered losses its a like an emotional barrier like ur trying not to think positive to protect urself from being hurt again. It will get easier when u have seen bubs and heartbeat hun :-). I once again never got that chance to see my babies heartbeat as he/she stopped growing last week at 8 weeks gestation when i was 9w3d :-( in a way im glad i didnt go any earlier as i'd be more upset if i'd seen my bean bouncing and the next time to see him/her still :-(. It breaks my heart.

U just have to hope and pray and thats all u can do huny. Try and get in for an early scan to put ur mind at ease :-) x x x x Take care lov caz x x x x

My EDD is 10/10 if I use a calendar that asks what my Luteal Phase usually is and 10/13 if I use a calendar that only goes by the regular 28 days so we will see. I haven't really had any cramping or spotting but I think I'm one of those people that doesn't really feel it because my last pregnancy they were doing a transvaginal ultrasound on me and asked if I could feel that, I said feel what and she said you are having contractions. I didn't feel a thing except for some back pain. I'm with you all the way on the sleeping til the 2nd tri.......lol

On the scan issue, I feel the same way, I couldn't bear to see my husbands face again, it breaks my heart just thinking about it. He's been talking about having a baby longer than I have.

Caz, I'm sorry to hear about your loss, have you spoke to your doctor about progesterone supplements? Did they check your progesterone during your pregnancy?

Oh Cazza....I was devastated for you when I read about your loss. How much more are we supposed to take ya know? I know what you mean about the scan. My first loss was the same way- I am actually glad I didn't have an early scan then either. 2nd loss I just knew from the start that something wasn't right so it wasn't that big of a shock. I will be praying that you get your sticky bean very soon. :hugs:
Wanta- we are very close in EDD's and lots of other things- now I will have to start stalking you!! :haha:

Thanks alot Smiler :hugs:

Hello eveyone, Im new to this site so just reading through everything!!
Just abit about myself, I am what i think 5 weeks pregnant!!! yippee :) I have got a dd now 2yrs and have had 2 m/c over the last couple of months. one in sept and one in dec and i have just fallen preg again with out a period inbetween so not to sure of my dates!! I have got a scan next week and been signed off wrk to rest due to my history! I am so worried as i really want this baby and cannot cope going through another m/c!
Has anyone been through this and all gone well?????

thanks
c xxx

I just got my first beta back and it was 268, that's all the nurse told me, I'm not even sure if thats good, bad or what????

Wanta- i think you can't really go by just one number- you have to see if it's doubling. But...as far as I have read that is a great starting point!!!

Congrats on your BFP Cas! This is my third pregnancy with two losses last year so I am hoping the third time is the charm! I pray that for you as well! :hugs:

Amos sweetie congrats on your bfp!! Praying for a sticky baby for you :hugs:

Not sure the worrying ever ends for any of us that have experienced any kind of loss in pregnancy but I try and take it one day at a time. We're all here for you :hugs:

Thanks Mel....wow....I can't believe you are already that far along!! Time has flown!

I know but it does seem like it's going slow for me, but that's because I wish I could fast forward this pregnancy!

Amos,

Like you I have had 2 miscarriages and am about 5 weeks preg with my third. Just so worried that it will happen again. Not sure I can cope. My symptoms were more noticeable last week and now only have a milky taste and slightly heavy boobs. Worried it's the beginning of the end and it's driving me mad!

Amos - I am so over the moon for you :happydance:
Tell me all, I want details xxx

Racky- sorry about your losses, but congrats on your BFP! How far along were you with your losses? My first one was a MMC found at 12 weeks and the second was fairly early around 7 weeks. The first pregnancy I had all the symptoms- sore boobs, pulling, stretching, nausea, metallic taste, fatigue, everything. So I know what those feel like. The second one I had nothing so I kinda knew it wasn't going to be good. This time, I only have sore boobs and it worries me- I don't even feel the pulling/stretching like the first time. I am trying to stay positive, but it's so hard not to compare to the previous losses ya know? I will try and keep you positive if you will do the same for me :hugs: Are you getting to see a doctor early?

Widger- Thank you so much! I can't believe how far along you are. I forget that time has not stood still just because I wasn't pregnant! :haha: No details really- just me worrying like usual :) This actually surprised me because I didn't even think I had ovulated in January. Usually I can feel it when I do, and I never felt it. So when I got my BFP I was really shocked!!
How are you feeling lately?? Getting excited yet???

Hello everyone,
Went for a scan today, said there was sac but did have abit of blood in!!! Maybe threatened m/c or could just be really early. Had bloods taken and waiting for results. Will have to go back in 2 weeks for another scan to see if pregnancy progressed???
I dont want to go to the loo because scared somethings going to happen :(
Ill try n cross me legs !!!!!
congrates to you all and will let you know what happens, fingers crossed xxx
