Hiya,

Is anyone else addicted to buying LO's clothes, toys anything and everything, everytime i go out i seem to come home with something for her, even if i was just popping to tesco's is anyone else like this, i have way too many clothes for her, so im trying to stop myself and then i think well this would go with that and she would look so cute in this blah blah!!!xxx

i thought i would be but i'm really not, i splashed out when she was born and the amount of stuff i gave away that she only wore once/never wore was ridiculous! she literally has about 4 outfits/6 babygros/6 pjs .. for each age group!

Oh must just be me then, im also using the excuse for holiday as well haha xxx

im like this, even if im going shopping for me or a food shop i always buy at least one thing! its so hard to resist but coz hes growing out of things so quickly now if i do have to but something i buy it in a much bigger size so it wont be wasted lol

I love buying LO clothes and toys, but I defo cut back...I'm not buying in bulks anymore for the months ahead, but I puy a babygrow here, a few vests there and an outfit there over a few months.
I was given lots of clothes for LO when he was 1st born and he wore none of it, i don't see the point in wasting my money on it.

Yeah i no, im same i buy in next stages!!! but i got loads of stuff thats now her next stages, but her legs are long so she's always ahead in that she she's still in 3-6 months tops but i've started to notice that some of them are getting too small for her now :-( xxx

I do this too, I'm terrible for looking on the sales racks and getting bigger sizes for when she's older. I can't resist a bargain, I don't think I've paid full price for any of her clothes. :happydance:

I don't buy many clothes because I think kids stuff is ridiculously overpriced and they grow out of them too quickly. I buy mostly second hand! But when it comes to nappies, I have no self-control! :haha: (even if reusable nappies are ridiculously overpriced too :dohh:)

We wasted so much money on clothe when she was a new born, we packed up tons of outfits she never wore or wore once. If I have a boy the second time around I'm just getting the basics because we never realized how "quickly" they grow. lol.

Toys... she got lots of cool toys stored away for her we plan on giving through out the year we bought with a large sum of money. So if we do buy her something it will be few and far inbetween lol.

I have serious shopaholic tendencies, but instead I like to squirrel money away into his savings account.... it's lovely to see he has more money than I do!

I have bought loads for Noah but I try to buy only o many items in one size then start on the next size. I have loads of babygros but i've known me go through them in 2 days what with wee, poo and sick  I have to admit to too many toys

I love a bargain...I'm the same, if I see the magic 4 letters somewhere I'm there having a quick look if I find something for LO, my godchild or my other friends baby girl. :winkwink:

I also look for bargain but always buy loads. But if there is sth I like, I just buy it even if it's expensive. I also love buying toys, accesories for his room, baby creams & shampoos (most of the time I end up using them :) ).

I have an obsession with looking on ebay for bargains :D

I would guess and say I could be the worst baby clothes shopaholic  I have hundreds and hundreds of clothes for Matthew I mean hundreds! He has about 5 times as many clothes as I do! Im always buying more! And he has far too many toys already  He even has a pile of toys for Christmas (I know its March!!) but I really can't resist a bargain! I got him a massive box full of mega blocs for £12 and the rrp on the box was £50 :happydance: I know come Christmas they'll be £50 again so not a silly buy...well thats what I tell myself also got a massive pile of clearance toys on argos for under £2 by using staff discount card and using what I thought was a few pounds off on Nectar card when I actually had £15 on it :) I am mad :)

I'm the same! Even if I just pop to Tesco like you! I've never been into shopping for myself at all so it's all new for me!

When kye was first born i went totally crazy up untill about 6 months but aia have now realised he grows way too fast!! All his clothes I have bought are about £12 a item (jeans etc) and then his trainers lol he has 4 pairs of nikes , converses, timberlands. So now I am preparing to move into a new house and its his birthday soon I have wayyyy wayyy cut back all though I still am a h&m fanatic there baby stuff is way tooo cool!!!

im horrible ith buying stuff just 0-3 month takes up a whole dresser and then her 3-6 month lol wat to many already.. i cant help it i bought second hand had stuff given then bought everything else i saw that i like but only on sales racks got 3 outfits for20 $ the otherday! they orignally were 15$ each... i figure shes my first and ill buy as much as i want

My name is Louise and I'm a baby stuff shopaholic :) I just can't help myself either!! New to Bumps I bought that little hooded cardi (and the matching jeans) for jacob the other day in Marksies!! Everytime I go out I come home with something even if it's just some cute bibs!
