anyone else around 20 weeks experiencing mild cramping?

Hi Ladies,

I'm just about 20 weeks and for the last 2 days (mostly at night) I've been having very mild cramping. It's not constant or anything but I do notice it. Anyone else around 20 weeks experiencing the same thing?

I am too, had a good couple minutes of it earlier and also have it in my
Lower back today, sure it's just everything carrying on stretching, I normally drink lots but havent today so drinking more water now x

I get this every few weeks or so, seems to happen before my tummy grows a bit.... Think its increasing waters xxx

yep but think mine is more due to ibs and some are Braxton hicks.

Completely normal and unfortunatly they dont really subside, its your uterus expanding. If you're getting back pain you can use a hot water bottle (not scalding) but if its your front then paracetemol can help.

Yep I'm having this too , I get them almost everyday some days more than others , pretty sure it's mostly stretching but am also getting braxton hicks now too.

I have been having the exact same thing these last couple of days. Needing to wee every half hour, and had period type pains in my lower back on and off. more like a dull ache... Ah the joys!

Yes! I've been getting this again over the last few days, I'm just assuming it's everything stretching!

Thanks gals! I haven't had anything since I posted this. I'm assuming it was just stretching/growing pains I bet our bellies will have a growth spurt soon
