Anyone else due late July/early August 2013?

Welcome beemama and grateful! We're getting a pretty good sized group here.

When is everyone telling friends and family? I would love to tell my family on Christmas but I'll only be 8 weeks and I don't want to tell people and then have things not work out.

We have already told friends and family! I had to tell my work for h&s so only fair the rest know, plus we said stuff it to suspicion/tradition (I have forgotten the word I wanted to use there, its just not coming to me!!!!) telling people wont change what will happen We havent made it public though on facebook or anything, only family and close friends!! Its really nice they all know (afetr the intial panic of have we dont the right thing) as they are all really positive and cant see why I worry about miscarrying..which is lovely sometimes

We can't resist telling at Christmas I don't think....it feels like a Christmas miracle to me and the best gift ever so how can we not tell?! I am a bit nervous because I will only be 7 weeks, but I am just going to pray and hope for the best. This is our first BFP ever and will be my parents first grandchild in 10 years!

We have our scan in one week!!! Ugh the wait!!! Since our scan is one the 20th, we are going to share the news with our family and closest friends. We can't wait! We've been eagerly waiting to tell our 6 year old, he wants another baby so badly!!!

Good luck with the scan, bee! It's really amazing to see your little bean on the u/s monitor. I had one this past Monday but they made me wait so long that my bladder filled up and then they couldn't get a very good look. I saw just a flicker of the heartbeat for about two seconds and then it got blurry so I'm hoping for better results next week.

I'm really tempted to tell family at Christmas - I need to think about it some more!

I have my first dr appt on Tues and if all goes well we're going to tell family on Christmas. We're so excited and both sides of parents will be 1st time grandparents so we can't wait to share the wonderful news and it seems like the best present ever!

Welcome, Jojono2! What symptoms are you having so far? This past week I had horrible heartburn and was unable to eat very much but I've started taking Zantac and it's getting better. I hate to take too many meds but there's no way I could function with heartburn that horrible.

What symptoms are everyone else having?

I'm having every symptom going on and off other than being sick!!! To be fair I will happily take every other symptom as long as I'm not sick I just generally feel very run down and worn out though, some days I literally lie on the sofa all day

Hello ladies, could I please join?

I'm 4 weeks 2mo!! I had a mc in march so don't wanna work out my due date but I know it August time!

Me and DH are gonna tell families over the christmas period. I know I will be only 5 weeks and very early but would really like there support over the next coming months!

Main symptom is tiredness and working full time is hard!! Not all at the same time but I have had headaches, stuffy nose, boobies hurting, light cramps, peeing non stop!!

Me and DH went to gp today and she totally made me feel like a fool!! She said bcoz I've mc before I should wait till at least 8 weeks before making a mid wife appt. And no offer to do hgc testing or early scanning!! And no mention of coming bk if I was worried! I see her point of I have mc before but just felt like she didn't want to spend any £ on tests!!! I just wanted to book a scan at 8 weeks just to check everything was ticking along but no nothing!!

Any way I will just keep myself healthy and keep all fingers and toes crossed!!
