Anyone else expecting, with no living children?

I'm a part of other loss groups, but sometimes it's hard to hear women talk about the children they have at home when I'm still trying for my first that I get to keep. I'm not saying at all that their pain is less...but I just feel it's different when you haven't been able to bring home a baby at all.
