Anyone else experiencing this?

I'll be 25 weeks tmrw and ever since i laid down last night to go to bed i've been getting these on/off stabbing pains around my belly button. It's to the left and above belly button, but the pain shoots all the way up to the middle of my boobs except more to the left. What could this be? I feel it the worst when i take a deep breath in when it's happening. Can anyone shed some light?

I was in labor and delivery for this at 20 weeks! they chalked it up to torn ligaments in my left abdomen..

I get it in my work chair...stretching ligaments....just try to get as comfy as possible!
