Anyone else have HORRIBLE in-laws?

Since we moved from California to Colorado my in-laws have turned horrible. I spent over $200 on baby gifts and I can't so much as get conformation that my gift has been received! I was in tears tonight, it's so hurtful and makes me realize how fake they were when I was there.

I understand how you feel. I don't think my inlaws mean to be terrible...but they have made me feel like a failure as a mother ....so yes, I suppose I have horrible inlaws.......

My mother in law told me she never wants to meet any "English b*s*ard child" (I'm English, hubby is Irish... and we're married) and for him to come back to Ireland when he's stopped fooling around. More fool her, he hasn't spoken to her since the day after our wedding when she so thoughtfully called me a w**re. The woman may have a lot of money but she is without class!
