Hey ladies

OK i was really slack with doing my pelvic floor exercises in my first pregnancy and i think i've paid the price as my muscles arent that strong since giving birth and when i need to pee i NEED to pee! ha

really want to try to tighten them up this pregnancy but they are just so boring/hard work and i can never seem to find time to fit them in or even remember to try

is anyone else doing them every day? how are you remembering?

Is anyone else not bothering at all? Do you really think they make a big difference? x

You don't need to set aside time to do kegels...you just squeeze your lady parts tight and hold, then repeat. It's not time consuming or hard work.
That being said I still leak if I have to pee and don't go right away, or if I cough or sneeze I sometimes leak.
Pantiliners are a lifesaver!

oh yea i know how to do them, i just mean i seem to forget every day im really rubbish at remembering ha x

Thats a good idea! someone else said do them after brekkie, lunch and dinner to remember x

I have a pregnancy app that asks me how many sets I've done each day, without that I'd never remember. I still sometimes forget though. I try and do them on my way to work when I'm sitting on a bus/train and feeling bored.

I keep forgetting :dohh: I remember every now and then but more often then not I completely forget.

Mine are completely shattered after my last two births so not even bothering this time I did them after both my pregnancies aswel :( can barely feel them even if I try and do the exercises!! I recently had a chest infection Which meant a really bad and continuous cough.. I had to buy special incontinence pads because even when I didn't need the toilet wee was just coming out :-0 how bad is that?! Surgery will definitely be required after this baby I think lol x x
