Anyone else with preterm labor? only 25 weeks

Just looking for support/experience from women who have experienced preterm labor.

My contractions have stopped and I am so thankful!

But I have been placed on bed rest and I am terrified that my body is going to fail baby

What hope do I have that it was just a 1 time thing and she stays in until 35-40 weeks??

I had a scare with preterm labor at 28 weeks. Was at the hospital for a couple of days as doctors fought to stop it. I was able to go home and stay on bed rest for a few weeks and then resume light activities. I was still getting very frequent Braxton Hicks, and thought I wasn't going to make it to full term, but I will be 39 weeks on Monday, and am so grateful that he has not come out early! I remember writing a similar post hoping for positive stories, so I hope this helps a little Good luck!!

Hope LO is still tucked up safely inside. I had my baby girl at 27 weeks (pre eclampsia) so I know how scared you are. The preemie section is great for support, I'm sure you might find ladies over there who managed to hang on a bit longer after pre term labour xx

My sister went into preterm labor at 27 weeks, but they stopped it and she delivered at 40 weeks. I have not had PTL but I am on hospital bed rest because I am 1.5 cm dilated and 100% effaced at 24 weeks, so I know how you feel!

Have you dilated at all? I went into ptl at 27 weeks 2cm dilated with palpable waters. I was put on strict bedrest and lasted 4 more weeks till they couldn't stop it any longer. There are a lot of mommas who carry to full term
