So I haven't ovulated for 5 months now after my MMC. I had no symptoms of ovulation other than weeks of ovulation pain all this time. All of my cycles have been shorter as well, many suggesting a short LP based on timing of ovulation pains. I went to my doctor this cycle and she checked my progesterone on CD 21 - ovulation not confirmed. I had a + OPK the day before and did for the next 2 days until I ran out of strips. I also had the first temperature spike since my MMC and FF displayed a bold red line suggesting I may have finally ovulated on CD 22. I am now CD 34, my longest and most normal length cycle since my loss. This gave me further hope that I did in fact ovulate. My temperature has only just started to dip and I'm getting stronger cramps, so I know AF is on her way, but I was happy that maybe I finally ovulated! I had my doctor do another blood test on CD 32 to confirm and it came back negative again 
I am so confused and bummed. I also had my ovaries checked on CD 32 and everything is fine. Any thoughts? Has this happened to anyone else?
