Anyone else's arousal fluids stretchy?

I've only probably seen EWCM once is the past six months. HOWEVER, I just realized that my arousal fluid is very stretchy (several inches). Is it fertile as long as it's stretchy?

I think it's a different thing but I'm not sure. I seem to remember reading not to get these fluids and CM mixed up and mistake one for the other.
