Anyone else's baby yawn straight after gagging?

If Holly gags while eating something, she will usually do a yawn straight after the gag. It's how I know she's ok a lot of the time after she gags, but I thought it seemed pretty random!

Anyone else's baby do this?

Jordan does this - I've thought it's more the yawn action vs real yawn though to open her jaw wider? Not sure though. I never saw Megan do it... But Jordan is much better about getting food out than Megan was.

I read somewhere that yawning was a sign of oxygen deprivation. Don't quote me on that tho. I think I read it years ago.

Yep my LO does this too! Weird!

I don't think it's do to oxygen deprivation as she's only gagging not actually choking, the two are very different.

I think it is a reflex. Maybe only gagging not choking but same principle so body reacts in the same way.
