Anyone ever had these symptoms?

I recently had a very early MC in september this year. I had no symptoms apart from just feeling pregnant. Now in november I have had a few other pregnancy symptoms e.g. stuffy nose, i woke up this morning with very flemmy throat, i have been overheating during the night and have been unable to sleep as if I'm just wide awake, I yawn so much throughout the day but have never been able to sleep through the day so it's hard for me to actually rest if it's not night, I have also had (I would say lower back but it's more like....) upper bottom cramps LOL, i have been getting super itchy also especially only one boob and lastly.... I hope it's not all in my head. It's to early to test but in saying that I haven't felt like this before...Thanks for reading Xx.
