Anyone get a BFN 12dpo then positive?

Just wanted some reassurance from any of you that have tested on 12dpo and got a BFN then ended up getting a positive. I am 12dpo and still negative but no signs of AF and I'm late. Is 12dpo still early to show up on a test?
