Anyone good with Ramzi theory here?

I went for my first scan yesterday 8+6 and I have no clue how to read this picture lol. I have tried to look at several Ramzi theory pics online but I'm still confused what's up, down, left or right lol.
Anyone care to tell me what you think this little bean might be? It's a transvaginal ultrasound.

Even though the baby is on the right side of the sac, I see your placenta is thicker on the left side. Since ultrasounds are a mirror image I'm going to say boy.

Thank you lilmisscaviar But I have heard its only mirrored when it's an abdominal scan? Is that true? Or is all scans mirrored maybe? Oh gosh I wish I knew more about this lol. I do have a feeling its a boy, but it's 50/50 I guess

Thank you ladies I will update as soon as I know the gender. I'm having Nipt screening March 24 and will most likely have a result 2-4 weeks after that
