Morning all! I've just been to the Dr's for 31wk check up (a bit late lol!) and she said there was traces of sugar in my water so they need to do a blood test for diabetes on Mon morning.
She didn't seem worried or anything and said I might not have it but they have to check. But I've stupidly just googled diabetes in pregnancy and it mentions a higher risk of still born or death
It does say this is very rare but I'm still freaking out now!!!!
Has anyone else had it in this or previous pregnancies? Please put my mind at rest!!
