I HATE IT !!!!!!! Worst swing ever. Not only is it a pain to put together but the baby can wiggle out easy and that scares me the head part is very hard like cardboard. I was all around disappointed

now this set https://www.fisher-price.com/fp.aspx?st=2002&e=zen-landing Is a wonderful set tad expensive but so worth it. Esp. If your planning on more

Looks a lil funky that stuff lol and I've not seen that stuff in the UK but this is our last baby so nothing OTT on £££.

:D

me and not happy copy of my letter below explains all. altho its so cute.

Under the sales good act 1974 – something durable, free from minor defects and in satisfactory condition, I returned a baby swing to your Wakefield Toys-R-Us Branch on the 19.11.08 which seems to have an intermittent fault with the swing mechanism.* I told customer services about this problem and that I would like a replacement, having shown her the receipt.* When she tested the swing it was working fine, I explained that when my child was in the swing it would not work properly, to which she then placed some leaflets in the swing and said its fine, I looked in astonishment and suggested that I put my daughter in, to which she said no.* The manager was called he also said it was fine and in the end I was frustrated at your lack of understanding that I walk out of the store leaving the swing behind.*

*I think the way I was treated was unacceptable, had the swing been working fine I would have had no reason to return it, I wasn’t asking for my money back, as it was a much wanted gift from my work colleagues and that my daughter really enjoyed, I just wanted a replacement. But I should not be made to feel that I was lying or doing anything untoward this was un-called for.*

When i returned home i telephoned your customers services department and spoke to Tanya, who assured me that this was not your policy and that a replacement should have been offered. She said she would telephone your Wakefield branch and get back to me the same day. She never did so today i rung her, for her to say sorry i never got back to you, I have spoken to the Wakefield branch who arent budging on the decisions, so i asked her what to do now because i would not waste my time if the swing was in working order. She said the only thing she can suggest is trading standards which i will be looking into.
So very poor customer service again.
*
I therefore would like a replacement for the swing, in the meantime I suggest you should give me the benefit of the doubt and get the returned swing checked for malfunction.
*
I trust you find this satisfactory and would like a response within 14 days.

I wont buy owt from there again, still had no reply, i rung trading standards and they got me to send the letter again recorded and if no reply in 14 days to contact them again but ill wait till new year, so phoebe never really had a swing :( but maybe it was just a faulty one.

I've got it and I love it. Lexie loves it too.

It's only got 2 seat positions but it's good.

The music on it's not fab but my baby seems to like it.

Have you got a red one or did I make that up?

I have this one. It's rubbish. The only reason I say that is the batteries died after one use, lol.
