I'm not sure if this is the right place to post or not but hopefully someone can help me!
Does anyone else find that in the pushchair mode, their toddler doesn't seem comfy, or I wonder if I've got it set up wrong! The harness doesn't keep Sophie in - she can get her arms out, and she just wriggles till she's all the way down inside the foot muff?!! I've even tried putting the harness bit from her reins on her and attaching them to the rings on the inside but she still just slithers down, and it's putting me off using it. She sits really nicely in her buggy, it's just in the silver cross since it went into pushchair mode that we have an issue! It's almost as if the back bit isn't upright enough or something. I just can't work it out! I've got the back up as far as it seems able to go, and the foot bit dropped down and the bar across.
Any advice would be appreciated - or is it just a design fault?!
