Hi all,
Hubby and I are thinking about when we might try for baby number two. Our first Bub is 14 months old (IVF FET natural cycle with a donor embryo) and still breastfeeding (a lot!). He loves his booby milk and I have no desire to wean him just yet - but I'm nearly 35 so we are thinking that we should try for our next baby soonish (within the next 6 months) - it will be another FET cycle with a donor embryo (we have 6 more from the same donor frozen at our clinic) - following my natural cycle as I did before. Also - I had moderate/severe hyperemesis gravidarum with my DS and have read that breastfeeding more than 4 times per day can help reduce the severity of hg - which is another reason I'm keen to keep it up.
I know lots of clinics encourage women to wean their bubs before starting an IVF cycle - I'm just keen to know if anyone continued breastfeeding during an IVF FET cycle and how this affected your pregnancy and milk supply.
Thanks in advance 😊
